After the renovation of the last building in October 2008, the 26,000 square meter campus has a total of 1,500 classrooms, including 7 lecture halls and 124 laboratories. The Jena Student Office operates the canteen, cafeteria and dormitories on the university’s premises. Ernst Abbe University has its own climate measuring station.
